Who is responsible

The website belongs to IMPULSO MARKETING LLC, mailing address 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States. The address is a postal address only; it is not an office open to the public.

Enquiries sent through the contact form are delivered to the IMPULSO MARKETING LLC mailbox info@impulsodigitalco.com. The website, the form and that mailbox are hosted by AMAI, the agency that built the website, on its web and mail server.

What we collect

We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, sensitive information such as health data, payment details or identity documents.

• Contact form: your name, your email address, the type of business you choose, your message, and confirmation that you accepted this policy. A hidden anti-spam field must stay empty; if it is filled in, the message is discarded.
• Server logs: like any website, the web server records technical data for each request: IP address, browser user agent, the page or file requested, and the date and time.
• Rate limiting: to stop automated abuse, the form keeps a salted SHA-256 hash of your IP address together with the time of each valid submission.

Why we use it and on what basis

• To read and answer your enquiry. Basis: your consent, given with the checkbox, and our legitimate interest in answering a message you chose to send.
• To keep the website secure and running (server logs and rate limiting). Basis: legitimate interest in protecting the service against abuse and errors.

You can withdraw your consent at any time through the same form. Withdrawal does not affect anything done before it.

Where the data is processed

The website and the form run on a server operated by AMAI and rented from Hetzner Online GmbH in its Falkenstein data centre, Germany. Data you send is therefore processed in Germany (European Union). If you write from the United States or elsewhere, your data travels to and is processed in Germany.

Email from the form is sent by that same server to the mailbox info@impulsodigitalco.com, which is stored on the same server.

How long we keep it

• Server logs: kept by the server’s weekly log rotation, which keeps about four to five weeks of logs before they are deleted.
• Rate-limit record: entries older than one hour are deleted the next time anyone tries to send the form; if nobody uses the form, an entry can stay on the server until then. The salted hash is pseudonymised data, not anonymous data: with the salt, which stays on the server, it could in principle be linked back to an IP address.
• Enquiries in the mailbox: kept while they are needed to answer you and follow up on your request. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising. This website has no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party embeds. Fonts and images are served from the same server, so your browser does not contact other companies when you visit.

Data is only available to IMPULSO MARKETING LLC, to the people at AMAI who run the server, and to Hetzner Online GmbH as the hosting provider, to the extent needed to run the server.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to object to its use, to restrict it, or to receive a copy in a portable format. If you are a California resident, you can ask what personal information we hold about you and ask us to delete it, and you will not be treated differently for doing so.

To exercise any of these rights, write to info@impulsodigitalco.com or use the contact form. You may also complain to the data protection authority where you live.

If the way this website handles personal data changes, we will update this policy. The date at the top shows the current version.
